Homie initially charges you a fee of $199 for their signage, images, and listing assistance. Then, when you’re closing on your home, you pay $1,299.

5. How far in advance do I need to sign up to get my house listed?
Homie’s home-listing process is fast and simple. Plan on about 3-5 business days before you want your listing to go live!
6. What happens when a buyer calls the phone number on your sign?
When a prospective buyer tries to call the phone number listed on your Homie sign, they will be directed to a place that will provide information on your home. If the buyer is still interested, they will then be directed to a Homie representative.
7. Do I have to pay a buyer’s agent commission (BAC) fee?
Yes and no. If you decide to list your home on MLS through Homie, you will have to pay the buyer’s agent commission fee, which is 3% of the listing price. If you are selling your home to another Homie client, however, you only pay the $1,299 buyer transaction fee, which saves you THOUSANDS of dollars.
8. Does Homie Real Estate hold open houses for you?
